To Burn Fat Faster, Stay Energized, & Feel Fuller All Day, You Must Eat Enough Protein! Here's How To Get Your Protein Needs in 30 Seconds a Day Without Cooking.

Getting enough protein into your diet can be challenging. (I know!) The good news is, supplementing with a protein powder makes it easy to reach your daily needs. There's just one problem: not all protein is the same. In this video, I'll share the supplement that I take (and tell you which ones to avoid!)

Hey!

Susan here!

If you’re doing everything you can to take care of your body…

You’re working out hard, you're eating right, and trying to make sure you give your body the fuel it needs to burn fat and get strong…

So, you want to make sure you’re eating enough protein to maximize your results and get the most out of all the hard work you're putting in!

But there are two big problems why many women aren't getting enough:

Problem #1

It's hard! Getting enough protein is easier said than done.

Fact is, if you’re following my Burn360 workouts, you know that I recommend eating high protein.

I suggest getting at least 40% of your daily calories from protein—especially if you’re working out hard.

I know, I know, that’s a lot of protein. But if you want to maximize your results, you've got to get sufficient protein.

Problem #2

Another problem that a lot of women have is getting the right types of protein.

(NOT all protein is created equal. I'll explain why and tell you exactly what I look for in a protein in just a minute.)

But first...

3 "No-Brainer" Reasons to Get More Protein Into Your Diet

Faster Metabolism

Higher protein intake can boost metabolism 🔥, raising calories burned even while you sit around (Who else wants to burn more calories per day? 🙋‍♀️)

Less Hunger

Protein acts on the hormones that make you feel hungry, decreasing appetite and helping you feel full all day (c-ya later cravings 👋)

Quicker Recovery

Protein is required for recovery. It helps your muscles repair after you workout (that means getting stronger, faster! Hello, muscle tone! 💪)

But, Not All Protein Is Created Equal!

Whenever I can, I try to get the nutrients I eat from real, whole food sources.

What does that mean? Eating real food—not a powder or pill.

Problem is: I just don't always have time to cook up a protein-packed meal.

So, I often find myself reaching for a protein powder for a little help!

I’ve been through A LOT of protein supplements. Maybe you have too? If so, you’ve likely discovered…

Not all protein supplements are the same.

I’m not about to put just anything in my body. So, when it comes to supplements, I want them to be as pure and potent as possible. I'm extremely picky. I want quality ingredients, no added fluff or filler -- and I want it in a form that's bioavailable so my body can actually utilize it. (Otherwise, you just end up with expensive pee!)

Why I Prefer Plant Based Proteins

First things first, I'm not a vegan or vegetarian, but I love veggie proteins.

Whey protein (made from cows milk) is super popular. It’s an animal product, so it has a complete amino acid profile. This is called a “complete protein” and that’s super important for a protein supplement.

But whey protein is hard for a lot of us to digest!

So, when I’m looking for a protein supplement to help me meet my protein goals for the day, I prefer a plant based protein powder, but the TYPES of plants also matter...

Problem Is, Most Plant-Based Proteins (Even at Health Food Stores) Don't Contain the Right Blend of Ingredients!

Plant based proteins usually mix a few different types of plant proteins together.

This is because you usually need at least 2 different types of plant protein to get a complete amino acid profile.

This is called a “complete” protein.

If a protein is incomplete, it simply doesn’t have everything your muscles and metabolism need.

So what I look for is a mix of at least pea protein and brown rice protein. These two proteins together give you all the amino acids your muscles and metabolism need to work at their best.

But I wanted to take it a step further!

That's why I also added pumpkin seed protein and quinoa. They both contain additional nutrients and antioxidants to help your body recover from hard workouts. Plus, fight free-radicals that cause cellular damage and aging.

Beyond the TYPE of plants used in a supplement, the biggest things I look for are:

1. Fermented Plant Proteins

Fermentation is a process where good bacteria are used to break down sugars, carbs, and proteins. This reduces carbs in plant proteins, so you get more protein and less carbs!

It can also reduce levels of compounds in plant proteins that can slow down digestion enzymes. Plant proteins can often cause bloating and discomfort when they’re unfermented. Fermentation makes plant proteins easier for your body to digest.

Plus, fermentation can improve bioavailability of the nutrients and amino acids in plant proteins! (a fancy way of saying: fermented proteins have more nutrients our bodies can actually use!)

Many plant proteins are widely available in non-fermented varieties….it’s much more difficult to find protein powders that use the fermented types of brown rice and pea protein.

2. Sprouted Plant Proteins

Plant proteins can be “sprouted” or “unsprouted.”

If a protein is “sprouted,” the plant has gone through the germination process and it’s started to sprout and go from being a seed to a plant.

Unsprouted protein has not gone through this process yet. It’s still a seed.

The difference is in the type of nutrients available.

Sprouted proteins like the quinoa and pumpkin seed sprouts used inside of Burn360 Plant Based Protein increase the levels of nutrients like folate, magnesium, phosphorus, manganese, vitamin C and vitamin K. Sprouted seeds are also higher in protein than the unsprouted varieties.

Sprouting also reduces levels of antinutrients. These are plant compounds that reduce your body’s ability to absorb other nutrients. Because the sprouting process reduces these antinutrients, your body can more easily absorb the nutrients in sprouted proteins.

3. Organic and High Quality

This is a big one for me because I want to know what’s going into my body.

I’m not a big fan of many supplements because they’re made with a lot of ingredients you can’t even pronounce. When I look at the back of a nutrition label, I want to recognize all the ingredients!

Another big concern is purity!

Recent studies have shown that what a lot of companies say is in their supplements is not actually what is in them.

So, when I look for supplements, I look for organic, natural ingredients. Plus, I like to see that they’re made by a company that actually cares about quality.

That’s getting harder and harder to find!

I Couldn't Find a High-Quality Plant Based Protein, So I Made My Own!

I have to tell you, there are NOT a lot of supplement brands I trust.

Many protein powders are packed with unnatural ingredients…

There are very few that use fermented and sprouted proteins (and those that I can find are super expensive).

Plus, it frustrates me to no end that most protein supplements are geared towards men and based on what guys who want to get big and bulky are looking for in a protein powder. There are very few options geared towards women with ingredients that also support our specific needs.

Long story short: For months, I searched high and low to find a protein powder that I could recommend to Burn360 followers, but I could not find one that met my standards.

So, I decided to make my own!

The process wasn’t without challenges! One of the big problems is that the supplement industry is notoriously unregulated.

It took me FOREVER to find a reputable manufacturing company that has the same high standards as I do.

And after many, many disappointing meetings and months of searching…

I finally found the right match.

And now, I'm beyond excited to offer you my protein supplement that’s also focused on the needs of women. It has everything that I would ever want in a high quality, plant-based protein and more.

It’s been formulated specifically for women’s bodies and even tested by a panel of female athletes to ensure the performance, taste and texture.

Finally! You can give your body the protein it needs without feeling like you have to become a full-time carnivore!

I’ve always had a hard time finding a plant based protein powder that I actually enjoyed (and wanted to use!), so I decided to work directly with a supplement manufacturer to make Burn360 Plant Based Protein! It’s a mixture of 4 of my favorite veggie proteins in a formula that is all natural, free from unnecessary additives, and includes ingredients that support women's bodies.

All Natural, Non-GMO

Ever read the ingredient list on supplements? If you can’t pronounce it, should it be going into your body?

Sprouted & Fermented

You won't find a tastier, purer 100% plant-based protein that contains both sprouted and fermented ingredients paired with anti-oxidants and ingredients to support women's bodies. (Trust me, I searched high and low!)

Easy to Digest

Not all plant-based proteins are gut friendly. This combination of four veggie proteins is easy on your stomach and won't cause gas or bloating. Plus, it's also gluten free and allergen free!

25g of Protein

25 grams is a lot compared to most! Give your day a protein jumpstart with a scoop first thing in the morning and enjoy fewer cravings.

Soy-Free

It’s not made with soy protein either! Soy protein often causes bloating and other gut issues (No, thank you!).

Tastes Great, Smooth Texture

Ready for a protein you'll actually want to drink? No chalky or gritty texture whatsoever!

100% Plant-Based

Plant-based and made from real, whole foods! Who wants a protein packed with contaminants or weird ingredients? The supplement industry is so poorly regulated it’s really a guessing game with what you actually get. That's why it's important to only buy lab-tested supplements.

Complete Amino Acid Profile

Protein is pointless unless it has a complete amino acid profile. What does that mean? "Complete" means it has all nine of the essential amino acids our bodies can only get from protein. Remember, not all protein has a complete amino acid profile!

No Soy or Dairy

I don't eat ANY soy unless it's fermented (and it's near impossible to find a fermented soy protein powder that's palatable). But soy is also not the most gut-friendly protein. Same goes for whey. Feeling bloated is no way to start your day, so soy and dairy are both no-go for me!

Organic

If you’re anything like me, you want to know WHERE your protein comes from! I’m picky about what I put in my body, so when I set out to create a plant-based protein powder, I made sure all the ingredients were natural and organic. No cheap, low-quality ingredients or fillers here!

Fermented

Fermentation is a game changer because it allows our bodies to absorb more protein and nutrients from the plant. And, helps eliminate bloating. Fermented proteins are difficult to find on store shelves because fermentation adds an additional step to the manufacturing process.

Sprouted

Studies show that sprouted plant proteins are higher in amino acids and sprouting improves the bioavailability of nutrients in plants. Trouble is: Sprouting is expensive (‘cause it takes longer) so a lot of protein companies don’t use sprouted proteins.

Vanilla Works for Chocolate Lovers Too! Here's How...

Vanilla protein is delicious! It’s sweetened with all-natural sweeteners and no added sugars (no unnecessary carbs here!). It’s perfect if you just want a quick protein shake that tastes great. Are you a chocolate lover? Have no fear! Simply add a little unsweetened cocoa powder and BOOM...you've got chocolate! (As soon as you place your order, I'll send you some awesome recipes!)

BURN360® Plant Based Protein Has Four Different Proteins in an All-Natural Formula

Fermented pea protein
Fermented pea protein
Fermented pea protein

Fermented Pea Protein

Burn360 Plant Based Protein is made from a blend of four different plant proteins. The first is fermented pea protein

Pea Protein has a complete amino acid profile – so it has all 9 of the amino acids your body can only get from protein.

Fermentation helps reduce the number of compounds in pea protein that our bodies can’t digest.

That means it’s super easy to digest and doesn’t contribute to bloating like soy protein.

Pea protein is also really good at making you feel full. Researchers have found that Pea Protein can actually help you feel fuller throughout the day than protein from eggs or whey!

Pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds

Sprouted Pumpkin Seed Protein

Pumpkin seeds are super nutritious! They are loaded with magnesium, zinc, iron and antioxidant plant compounds that our bodies need to reduce oxidative stress, lower inflammation and recover!

Because of its anti-inflammatory properties, pumpkin seed protein is perfect after a hard workout!

It’s not a complete protein on its own, which is why Burn360 Plant Based Protein has 3 other proteins too. It’s important to have a complete amino acid profile in your protein so that your muscles can properly recover.

Brown rice
Brown rice
Brown rice

Fermented Brown Rice Protein

Many veggie-based protein powders are made with only brown rice protein.

Buyer beware! Because brown rice protein on it’s own is not a “complete protein.” It doesn’t have the amino acid profile of a complete protein

But…

Brown rice protein is easier to digest than other types of protein (like whey).

Sprouted quinoa
Sprouted quinoa
Sprouted quinoa

Organic Sprouted Quinoa

Quinoa is a good source of minerals, antioxidants and protein.

The quinoa in Burn360 Plant Based Protein is sprouted. Sprouting breaks down the compound phytate that’s normally inside of quinoa. Breaking down this compound before you eat quinoa allows your body to take in more nutrients from the food you eat!

Sprouted grains like quinoa have more nutrients available for your body to absorb when compared to unsprouted grains.

You Won’t Find Burn360 Plant Based Protein in Stores!

Because I had Burn360 Plant Based Protein made just for us, it’s not available in stores (nope, not on Amazon either!).

I placed a big order for our Burn360 community and it's already at the warehouse ready to ship! If you place your order today, you'll have your protein by this time next week (or sooner).

You won’t find Burn360 Plant Based Protein in stores! It was created to match the exact specifications I look for in a protein powder (one that I couldn’t find anywhere else!) and made just for Burn360 customers. In fact, I haven't seen any comparable formulas -- even in health food stores.

So, if you’re looking for a top-quality protein powder you can trust to fuel your workouts and accelerate your results, this is it!

Tastes like cake batter

If you struggle with getting enough protein absolutely purchase the Burn360 protein. I have purchased three different protein powder brands since starting this program and Burn360 protein is the best one. Something I've noticed through my journey is that many protein powders are produced to help people bulk up/gain weight and for that reason they often have a lot of carbs in addition to the protein. Be sure to check carbs before purchasing any other protein powder if you are new to protein shakes. I purchased one container of Burn360 protein and liked it so much that I recently just went ahead and bought the 6 container package. The vanilla shakes taste like cake batter to me and I've been really enjoying them as part of my daily routine.

Finally, a plant protein that isn't chalky!

My search is finally over! I've tried so many plant protein powders, I've lost count. And they are all soooo chalky — yuk! I use it once or twice a day and use your 5-minute recipes (they're awesome!). Now that I'm able to hit my daily protein macros, I'm definitely noticing my body is trimming down even more. Getting enough protein is EASY now

I used to really struggle with getting enough protein in my diet, but not anymore. Burn360 protein has made it SUPER easy. A lot people think protein is just for muscle building and don't realize how important it is if you want to actually lose weight and lean out. So happy Susan is doing the myth-busting and getting the truth out on it's importance for overall health as well as weight loss. Also, I'm super picky and the ingredients in Burn360 protein are top quality — you will be hard pressed to find these in any other plant-based protein powders. Well done, Susan. 👏
